Stuffed Fruit Tarts

While fruit tarts remain a timeless favorite, I aimed to create something slightly easier yet equally tasty. By using premade puff pastry cups, fresh fruit and my thick whipped cream, you have a beautiful, easy treats that can grace the table at any gathering, special occasion, or simply as a sweet post-dinner indulgence.  What I truly appreciate about this recipe is its adaptability—you can craft as few as one or a dozen and beyond. This pairing also serves as a healthier option for satisfying your sweet cravings, all while being visually appealing and delectable.

Serving size: 6-8 people
Time: 30 minutes

  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

  2. Pour heavy cream, sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl and whisk on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  3. Press the top perforated part of the pastry down into the cup so you can fill it.
  4. Scoop about 3 spoonfuls of whipped cream into each cooled pastry cup then top with your favorite fresh fruits.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
