Strawberry Cake Oreo Cookie Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (prepared according to the box)
  • 1 bag sugar cookie mix (prepared according to the box)
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • Optional topping: white chocolate & sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Prepare the cake & cookie mix according to the box in separate bowls.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  3. In 12 muffin tins, press about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough down in the cup and press the cookie up the sides to form the cookie cup.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cake mix into the raw cookie cup then add 1 Oreo and top with another teaspoon of cake mix.
  5. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until the cookie cup is crispy.
  6. Remove the cups and set aside to cool.
  7. Optional toppings: melted white chocolate drizzle & sprinkles.
