Ingredients:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix (prepared according to the box)
- 1 bag sugar cookie mix (prepared according to the box)
- 12 Oreo cookies
- Optional topping: white chocolate & sprinkles
Directions:
- Prepare the cake & cookie mix according to the box in separate bowls.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In 12 muffin tins, press about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough down in the cup and press the cookie up the sides to form the cookie cup.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cake mix into the raw cookie cup then add 1 Oreo and top with another teaspoon of cake mix.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until the cookie cup is crispy.
- Remove the cups and set aside to cool.
- Optional toppings: melted white chocolate drizzle & sprinkles.
