Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

Delight in the exquisite combination of briny olives and the rich, savory essence of blue cheese with these delectable blue cheese-stuffed olives. They make for a delicious snack on their own or serve as an excellent complement to a classic martini.  The key to making these stand out from other blue cheese stuffed olives is using the “martini” olives.

Serving: 4-6 people
Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 cup large green martini olives, pimento removed
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese


  1. Place the blue cheese in a small plastic baggie and cut off the corner to make a piping bag. This makes it easier to stuff the olive.
  2. Remove the pimento from the olive. Stick the end of the cut baggie into the olive and squeeze in the blue cheese until it’s full.
  3. Repeat and then store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
